Same Day Requests

We will immediately fill out our clients’ requests for the same day’s staffing or, if we’re waiting for a response from our nurses, let them know the status of their order. It is our aim to always keep our clients aware of our ability to fulfill their staffing needs.

Pre-Booking

If our clients are able to anticipate their needs, we can pre-book our employees days or weeks in advance. At any time, our clients will check their pre-booked schedule to ensure the coverage is both reliable and sufficient. Pre-booking also helps our clients to order their favorite workers from the Registry Network.

Travel Assignments

We can help you quickly to meet your staff needs on a longer-term basis – anywhere from four to twenty-six weeks. In using extended placement specialists, you can ensure the quality of patient care and think less about who you’re going to work in your unit. We charge you an hourly rate, with no secret charges for transportation or lodging.

Accurate Billing

We are working hard to ensure the accuracy of our invoices – every account is audited at least three times before the invoices are sent out. All invoices contain the critical details required to check their accuracy, including the name of the employee, the professional title, the date, the shift, and the unit worked. Invoices are produced weekly for changes in the previous week. We are able to produce invoices in keeping with the workweek of our clients and in the format that they need.
